A product that sells itself was taught how.

I dig in to how a great product really gets talked about, how an organization says it the same way at scale, and how revenue growth is realized. Twenty years, seven domains, from product to customer.

01Core capabilitiesWhat I actually do

Describing what the thing actually is

CAP-01

Most products get explained the way they were built, not the way they are understood. I find the language that makes the value land — for the buyer, the analyst, and the person three levels removed from any type of sales pitch. The expertise is the motion, not the product being sold.

Making the story repeatable

CAP-02

One person telling it well is a talent. Two hundred people telling it the same way is a system. I build the language, the material, and the operating habits that let an organization scale one clear story without flattening it into a script.

Turning clarity into growth

CAP-03

Clear language and a repeatable motion are what make revenue compound. I connect the two — where demand gets found, what actually converts, which friction to remove first — and get functions that do not report to me moving as one. Influence outlasts an org chart.

Five phases, the same problem each time

2025 — now
Owning the whole motionWellspring Worldwide
A distributed team across EMEA and the Americas, an IP-business specialty, and a mandate that has grown beyond pre-sales into defining what good looks like across the wider GTM organization.
2020 — 2025
Leadership and deliberate breadthClaravine · Bloomreach · Microsoft · Adobe
Four moves, each adding a capability: owning a pre-sales function outright, carrying a specialist number, running the global Adobe partnership at Microsoft, and ushering in both sides of a multi-billion dollar annual partnership into their joint AI offering.
2015 — 2020
Mastering the craft at scaleAdobe
Five years of work on the largest enterprise deals in digital transformation where I launched an overhaul of the sales discovery motion that led to over $100m in ARR in a three year span - this was true global scale.
2013 — 2015
Becoming technicalDomo · Entrata
Senior Business Consultant, then Sales Engineer — where the sales-engineering craft was learned: translating technical capability into business value, live, in front of a buyer who knows their own domain better than you do.
2006 — 2013
Frontier business development, then consulting rigorNahrain Strategies · IBM
Nearly five years of business development in Middle East markets, then a Senior Supply Chain Management Consultant at IBM. This is where the operating system got installed: systems thinking, process discipline, and a high tolerance for ambiguity.
Say it clearly. Make it repeatable. Let it compound.

Start with what is hard to explain

Tell me what you are trying to get across, and who is not hearing it. Two sentences is plenty — I'll come back with what I'd look at first.
